It is a 3 star hotel but had great service and very comfortable rooms and beds. It's very centrally located and the staff is very helpful getting you anything you need. Water, toothbrush, toothpaste, slippers, shoehorn, and hair straightener also provided. The room we had was facing the street, but not loud and it also had a cute (and somewhat large) outdoor patio. We would definitly return. Thanks to Umberto and his staff!

Hello - I recently spent a week at Il Convento in Naples and can't say enough about how happy I am with the visit. As a woman travelling on my own, the staff there really did make certain that I had everything I needed for a great stay. Despite being right on the street, the room was absolutely quiet once the doors to the outside were closed. There is also great air-conditioning which make the room always cool. There was also a great breakfast available each morning and coffee/tea, etc. was always available. Personally, I love the area of Naples and would certainly recommend Il Convento for a reasonable priced stay in one of my favourite cities!! Thanks so much!

This hotel is perfectly located in small street that reminds one of the romantic views of ancient cities. The location is perfect for seeing the city: I choose it for its proximity to the San Carlo Theater. The hotel is spotlessly clean and well maintained. If you have the opportunity to visit Naples, I hope you are lucky enough to stay here.
