Terrible hotel, breakfast never arrived even though they said they had brought it, rude and impolite, cleaning almost never done, the television did not work, the Wi-Fi was not working, the bathroom smelled of urine as soon as we arrived, hotel not recommended, the staff very disorganized and arrogant, I give this hotel a 0.

My stay was exceptional! From the warm welcome to the check-out, everything was handled with care and attention, very good breakfast, and above all, the staff was very kind!! Super helpful. Thank you!

The location of the hotel was perfect but the room to improve especially the bathroom, and the toilet was without tablet to sit and the beds were black covered with sheets, breakfast was not at its best
