I came a day before my 3 retreaters and this place was PERFECT to acclimate to the time change and recharge. I had a room overlooking the atrium/courtyard and it was quiet and perfect. Pino saved the day as I arrived tired and hungry wanting lasagne at 10 in the morning Naples time 🤣 They were so accomdating. Not luxury fancy of course but clean, and well appointed. With a lovely little courtyard for breakfast. Perfect to recharge. Grazie 🙏🏼

Great facility per room, exceptional breakfast cleanliness. What made the difference was the service of the people who definitely went beyond expectations in giving me support and “pampering” me. Pizza takeaway ordered and delivered to the room by Mr. Pino and in the morning so much foresight by Mario guide me on the delicacies to taste at the breakfast buffet also enriched by delicacies 'pre Pasquali.Grazie!Isabella

That's right: all good but.... what a squalor the neighborhood! Everywhere you look you see only social barracks and social degradation... Moving on to the positive aspects: - excellent cleaning of the room and common areas (despite ongoing renovations); - good assortment of hygiene products and water heaters in the room; - varied breakfast and with local products (prickly pears, lemon cake (exceptional), etc .. - friendly, helpful and courteous staff, as well as professional. Possibility of free parking in rooms 50 meters from the hotel. I suggest the Management to equip the double beds with mattress covers in order not to make the junction of the 2 single mattresses that compose it feel: standing in the center from their own discomfort. In short, everything + or - ok.
