Bad experience, not recommended. We stayed at this hotel for one night and couldn’t wait to leave. The room was very dirty, with a constant smell of moisture and obvious signs of poor maintenance. But the worst came when we discovered that there was no hot water: after paying 90 euros per couple, we expected at least the bare minimum to be able to wash. We went down to the reception to report the problem and the boy told us, on the owner’s instructions, that we should “wait the next morning to wash”. That is an absurd and unacceptable answer. We were also promised a discount for the inconvenience, which would make the situation at least more manageable. In the morning, however, the owner appeared, who with total indifference did not mention any refund or discount. In fact, he practically invited us to leave without a word of apology. Such poor service and such an unprofessional attitude I had never seen them. Absolutely not recommended.

On my frequent trips to Naples, I usually go down to another hotel that, this time, was full and I chose, a bit at random, this other structure. I have to say that I was not very satisfied; the structure is clearly old, the reception clearly shows it; it has benefited from a revamp, not too successful. Not all the staff are friendly, the elevator is very old, the kind built in the stairwell of an antiquated building, with the internal doors creaking like the joints of an 80-year-old with arthritis. The room is not bad, the floor is new and the walls have been painted fresh; but there are smudges here and there. The air conditioner works great, the TV doesn't: it's too small for the size of the room, the remote works badly or not at all. Comfortable bed with very clean linen, but the light on the left did not work, no bedside tables; in the room there are too few sockets; very capacious closet. The bathroom is of adequate size, shower with box decidedly capacious, I'm not really small; but the taps are full of limestone now green, in the shower there is only the fixed, encrusted, which works rather badly; the regulation of the water temperature is an operation that requires a certain commitment, it seems that the hot water does not arrive, sometimes; generous supply of towels, I do not know if the hairdryer works because I am bald. I didn't like the absence of breakfast at all. In conclusion: an acceptable structure, for those like me who do not have too many pretensions and have a good ability to adapt. I really don't think I'm going back.

Nice rooms but kettle and glasses with limestone, poor quality of sleep due to the TV too high at night by the night watchman and aala rudeness of other customers even in the middle of the night, dirty cutlery and tablecloths, uncooked blank pasta, little varied breakfast. If you only have to sleep, take care of caps and patience. (lots)
