I saw in the room no bedbugs or cockroaches. For one simple reason. Heating in our room was not. At the end of December. The poor insects could not stand it and moved to the La Pace hotel, just opposite. We stayed the night. Slept in jackets. Almost as Neapolitans of 8th army in the winter of 1942 in the steppes of the Lower Don during World War II. There they have frozen, because they spent a few weeks. We just one night and stayed alive. The only good thing I can say about Prati: they didn`t become to take money for the frosty night . We, however, nothing saved, because we were charged double the price in the hotel opposite with the deceptive name of La Pace -Piece. Heating was there. However, with the bugs together. Such is the Neapolitan dilemma: or frost or bugs.

I was not going to judge this hotel on the reviews alone but wish i had. Within a minute of placing my bag on the bed there were bugs crawling all over it. All of the draws were full of mould as was the headboard and the surrounding walls. There were bare wires hanging from the walls , mould all over the bathroom and the door to the patio wouldnt lock allowing easy access to our room. There was no working air-con throughout the hotel and the rooms do not look anything like the ones put up by the hotel. but the travellers pictures are a true reflection. Our first day was spent trying to book another hotel as i was not prepared to risk my health staying here.

Oh my gosh!!!!!!! This place was so gross I feel asleep and within an hour I woke up with bed bugs biting me all over my body! They refused to give me my money back after charging me 75 eruro when another app said it was 38!
