I was absolutely disgusted with my stay at your hotel.. the toilet smelt of raw sewage, the shower was filthy, t.v did not work the aerial was broken.. there was no body around the hotel for us to speak to about the problems and to top it off we was given a wrong set of keys for the main entrance door. Having returned to our hotel at 10pm to find out we cannot gain acases to the entrance. We had to stand outside with our 9year old girl. Until a kind local let us into the building at 12:30 am. Because of the stupidity of the manager you put us in a dangerous situation. Very disappointed with my stay would never return or recommend Mr c... After our check out I sent the above message to the hotel manager and rather then him reply with a apology I had my booking cancelled on booking.com to stop me from writing my review. Yes the hotel is clean but the service was the poorest I have ever experienced. This hotel left us in a dangerous situation do not book

The overall stay at the hotel was nice. The room was basic but very clean, comfortable, and spacious. The reception desk was nice as well. The hotel is located 5 min walk away from the station. Although, we did not feel comfortable staying out late at night in the particular neighbourhood. During the day, it is not so bad at all. Note: reception is not open 24 hours.

If you like to take a lot of trips out of the city as we did, you appreciate the location of the hotel near the central train station, alibus express to the airport and city metro lines. The room with bathroom was nice and cleaned every day which made us feel great after coming back from the long day out. We did not have much chance to speak to the receptionist as he was evidently present just a few hours a day. Maybe we would appreciate his advice regarding the transportation in the region. Beware of the neighbourhood, that is the only disadvantage of the hotel. And the wifi was not really reliable.
