The apartments are quite large, especially by European standards. And the location near the Municipo subway station and the colorful neighborhoods adjoining the popular Toledo makes sightseeing easy. The kitchen is well appointed — mostly. There’s a small fridge with a tiny freezer, a cooktop, a combo convection oven/microwave, sink, and laundry machine. There are enough plates and utensils, as well as a grater, small cutting board, dish towels. bread, butter, and fruit knives, moka pot/cafetière and bottle opener. Missing was a neat/chefs knife, which would have made prepping the local seafood much easier. There was no fish soap or laundry soap, no sponge, snd no napkins — be dure to go to the nearby The oven was not cleaned, so full of pizza residue from the previous guest. And the freezer was unusable because it was a big block of ice — likely not defrosted in months The bathroom had everything needed, but a soap holder in the shower would be useful. The furniture is mismatched and very « garage sale », but the bed was large and comfortable. The bedroom had lots of storage space. All in all, a good place for those not seeking fancy. It just needs some simple finishing touches and a little attention.

Stayed here for 4 nights in July and would highly recommend. The apartment is massive, every room is a great size and is very clean. Only problem was with our apartment we had some issue with the key but the hotel the apartment was partnered with assisted us straight away with no issue. The kitchen also lacked some utensils such as a kettle, toaster and any sharp knives; a shame when we wanted to cut some bread or have some toast and a coffee in the morning. Overall, a great apartment due to its size and handy location which was close to a metro stop and many good restaurants.

Very close to Via Toledo, the port and choice of 2 Metro stops close by. The rooms and furnishings were clean and we had a balcony where we could sit and enjoy the view of the port, the Torre Nuovo and Vesuvius. Small lift and rather dodgy looking entrance (shared with offices) but this is Naples! Kitchen had pots pans crockery and cutlery but no kettle, cafetiere or coffee machine. A fridge but no iron. No oven so any cooking has to be stove top. We asked at the hotel reception for a kettle or coffee machine but they were unable to help. The appt owner was not available until the morning we left so we had to make do with instant coffee (difficulty to source in Naples) and water boiled in a saucepan. Not a problem if you don't drink coffee or tea in the morning. The towels were changed once during our three night stay - we weren't expecting them to be changed at all - and the rooms dusted and swept at the same time. On our last morning (luckily we were getting ready to leave) workmen began heavy drilling on the next floor/room at 9 a.m. It would have been a shock to anyone who planned a late start or a lie in. We had no warning of this when booking (through Expedia but never again!). It has the potential of being a really nice place to stay if you want to go self catering and don't need to boil water in a kettle or make coffee.
