San Giorgio

Room was clean and tidy had everything we needed this hotel has been recently refurbished there is also air conditioning in the room there have been bad reviews but I can't say anything bad about this hotel it's not 5* but for the money it's ok

The location seems good as it is close to the railway station, but it is horrible, there are groups of strange men outside and it felt really strange to walk near the hotel. I did not feel safe at all, we paid for 7 nights but after one night we moved, because of the conditions. The hotel is really old and not very up to date, it also was not clean, the walls are said to be "noise proof" but you could here anything from the room next to you. After we left they didn t even give us a refund or anything,but at least i moved to another hotel, and felt safe.

We stayed at Hotel San Giorgio for two days before and two days after our cruise and loved it. The staff went above and beyond in service, before and during our stay. They provided us with our excellent private transportation - LOGISTICA SRL- to and from Rome airport and also for some private tours. They also arranged our very memorable winery tour at Etruscaia Winery. The staff was extremely courteous and helpful with all our cruise shuttles and information on things to do while staying in Civitaveccia. The service and food we enjoyed at the onsite restaurant was also very good. Would definitely stay there again and highly recommend it.
