Great central location, staff extremely helpful (helped with trains/taxis) and gave good recommendations for local restaurants. Hotel is right beside the great bars (€1 spritz nearby!) and the Maradona mural yet quiet at night. If you want the Napoli experience, do yourself a favour and stay here, highly recommended and will stay here again

A tremendously dramatic experience; one star is even too much, but I cannot go with negative stars. Bathroom without hot water and with whiffs of sewage smell, room without a curtain but with the setup that wakes you up at dawn, if you can manage to sleep given the chaos outside the window and the loud noise that results, but the hotel provides earplugs... (useless), the shutter is broken and does not close like an old wardrobe, the nightstand and desk should be discarded, the mattresses are hard because they are too worn out, the pillows are so hard that I had to buy one, usually in hotels there are two pillows, one soft and one hard. Refrigerator not working. Let's move on to breakfast; for the savory part, there is a small packet of wieners to cook on a tiny, slow electric grill to share with whoever is toasting slices of bread, 4 eggs for everyone, and very little bread, which was already finished by 8:30 today, and that's it. For the sweet part, cappuccino or coffee and a small croissant, and only upon request, a tiny sfogliatella. All of this for an astronomical price of 325 for two nights. We had read in the reviews that the hotel is wonderful; who could have written that??... I, as a Neapolitan, would be ashamed to treat a guest in a way that gives this impression of neglect and indifference, making them feel out of place, as if they were stealing precious time from those who should welcome them.

BAD EXPERIENCE. The room was dirty and messy already upon our arrival: dust, badly hung paintings, detached curtains, cobwebs in the dark roof and noisy local causes (various bars and nights) below, poorly cleaned bathroom and general feeling of poor hygiene. In addition, the hotel is extremely noisy: you can already hear noises from the street from the premises below making it virtually impossible to sleep. Considering the price paid the level of the structure is really disappointing, at 11 pm my wife and I ran away because the noise was unbearable despite the earplugs provided by the reception. Not recommended
