Careful, this place is a rip-off. They canceled a reservation already confirmed and already paid a few hours before Dell arrived, putting the whole family in trouble and without providing the slightest explanation. To be avoided. I highly recommend it.

The host Danielle was very friendly and helpful, it was easy to reach him and to communicate with him. We also arranged pick up from/to Airport through him. The apartment is big and equipped well. Also, in a good location so you can walk easily around - address is known to taxi drivers as well. For the minus side... The WiFi didn't work at all. There was some problem that couldn't be fixed. For this reason we were not able to pay by card even we agreed. Nonetheless, we managed the payment through PayPal as Danielle was very cooperative. Area is a bit noisy, especially the neighbors on the floor above.

This apartment could be great but at the moment it is filthy. I have spent three days trying to clear up other people's hair, pubes and toe nails without a brush that works. Please provide a hoover and clean cloths so that people can clean it themselves as the brush is totally useless (and filthy. The photo submitted is the state of the brush after I had washed it in the shower) and so is the dustpan. We asked for a baby bed bit it was never brought. As a result we had to move the bed to fit against the wall to provide somewhere safe for the 8 month old to sleep and uncovered approx six months of dirt underneath the IKEA bed. Please provide a clothes airer so we can dry clothes inside. Also please provide a fire extinguisher for the kitchen, a smoke detector and carbon monoxide detector as there is a gas cooker so these things should be in place. None of the electrical items have a pap test sticker to prove their safe use. I was pleased with the comfort of the beds, newness of the furniture and fittings but whoever is supposed to be cleaning is taking the money and not doing their job. The bathroom smells and the toilet hasn't been cleaned in months hence the brown tidemark at the top. There are terrible scuff marks on the walls and a dirty, damaged casserole that needs to be thrown away. I contacted the owner to say how filthy it was and if these things are addressed, it would be a great place to stay. The washing machine and shower work great.
