Hotel Nelton

I booked a double room through Booking. Due to issues related to the day of the reservation, we were looking for a solution with the hotel to rebook a room for the following day. The hotel informed us that they were fully booked and that they could not do anything. We were still charged the full amount for the room (€78), and it was therefore not possible to resolve the situation, even though there was availability for a room the following day after a phone call. Zero availability and zero seriousness.

Small room , pillows and cardboard towels, we could not sleep as loud music x a graduation party , dinner from 30.00 euros x a first and second , not recommended!!
