Albergo Pompei Valley

No supermarket near by. About 2km walk to centre. Good parking place so I really recommend hire a car. You can’t take own drinks or food into the room. You need to booked breakfast time even breakfast time was 8-10. Only 7 tables in restaurant and still you need to sit next to random people even there is only 2 couples. The Turkish sauna was horrible and smelled mould!! Do not use it!! They told us that they have room service but still we couldn’t order pizza from restaurant to room. Totally not worth of the money..

We were at this SPA for our friend's bachelorette party, hoping to spend a nice evening. It's a shame that, unfortunately, it wasn't quite like that. The water in the hot tub was cold and the jets would shut off every 3/4 minutes. Every time we therefore had to get up, reach the ladder, and reactivate it ourselves. Furthermore, a rather hidden table was prepared for us and, even though there were only 7 of us, some chairs were actually facing a wall. A truly unpleasant setup and certainly not suitable for an occasion like a bachelorette party. The icing on the cake, however, was the pizza included in our package: a pizza with a pre-cooked base that, what's more, arrived raw. We kindly asked for it to be cooked a little more, but when it was brought back to us it was even worse than before. At one point we asked if they had any mayonnaise packets, but the girl at the reception, who seemed to be handling practically everything, replied that they do not use packaged products. Too bad that the pizza base seemed to be the very first packaged item on the table. When we pointed out this contradiction, we were even told that the pizza was prepared with “ancient grains.” Too bad, however, that there were experts in the field among us and therefore perfectly capable of recognizing the type of product that had been served to us. The moment the girl realized this, her attitude toward us became rather arrogant. To conclude, during the evening our eyes were burning, probably due to the excessive presence of chlorine, and, as if that weren't enough, the Turkish bath didn't work. Considering that we had chosen this facility precisely to spend a pleasant and relaxing evening for a special event, the experience was unfortunately very disappointing, and especially because we didn't pay a small amount!

Located close to the train station and close to the archeological site of Pompeii it’s perfect. We stayed in the suite and felt like we were Hollywood stars. Sunken jacuzzi bath, mood lighting and extremely clean and comfortable. All the staff were so happy to help. The menu is great the wines and beer selections were awesome 10/10 all round
