A magical experience that, every year for a quarter of a century now, renews its fairy tale. The Hotel Bougainville was the first and only love nest for me and my wife Francesca, surrounded by the affection, courtesy, and professionalism of the entire staff. The location is strategic and very convenient: in front of the pedestrian area. I absolutely recommend it.

A cheery and bright hotel in an easy-to-get-to location! The rooms were spacious and comfortable. They felt clean, and came with lotion, shampoo, conditioner, water and complimentary snacks. The staff went out of their way to ensure our comfort. They even provided a birthday treat, complete with birthday song for me. Positano is pricey, but the hotel was worth every penny. I would recommend Hotel La Bougainville.

My stay at Hotel La Bougainville was absolutely wonderful. The hotel is in the perfect location in the heart of Positano, with beautiful views, comfortable rooms, and easy access to everything the town has to offer. What made my stay truly unforgettable, though, was the incredible staff. During my trip, I unfortunately injured both of my ankles, making it very difficult to get around. Everyone at the hotel showed me so much kindness, patience, and genuine concern. They were always willing to help and made sure I was as comfortable as possible throughout my stay. Their compassion turned what could have been a very stressful experience into one where I still felt able to enjoy the beauty of Positano. The level of hospitality I received went far beyond what I expected. I can't thank the team enough for their exceptional service and kindness. If you're looking for a hotel with an amazing location and even more amazing people, Hotel La Bougainville is the place to stay. I can't wait to return—hopefully next time on two healthy ankles!
