Hotel Santa Marta

Excellent value for money, highly recommended property for the included parking, courteous staff, and they also serve a very abundant breakfast.

The first impression was so-so, a little better after a while. The perfect room. The perfect breakfast. We managed to find a solution for a second key …..

To say the least, it is horrendous, terrifying, old, and dilapidated. I do not know how they manage to keep it usable. The interior and exterior fixtures are from the late 1800s, the furnishings are shaky and worn, the walls have cracks and non-existent plaster, the bathroom is scary, electrical wires are exposed, the shower stall is shaky, the elevator is like something out of a 50s movie, and the courtyard is unpaved and uneven. The photographs absolutely do not reflect the hotel, if it can even be called that, if not exactly a house of horrors. I would not recommend it to anyone.
