Title: Good potential, dining ok, but wellness management unacceptable. I stayed at this hotel and, although the general treatment and dining were entirely positive, the wellness management was a huge disappointment. I have been going to Ischia for the third time now precisely to relax and enjoy the thermal baths and wellness, but here the internal Spa does not work. As an alternative, I was sent to an external facility 200 meters away, but due to a lack of availability, I had to have the treatments at 7 in the morning! Beyond the inconvenience of the time, I found the service rather rushed and incomplete. I am sorry because the Park Imperial has excellent potential and the hotel staff is capable, but the lack of thermal baths and this type of external organization are a major deterrent for those who choose Ischia.

park hotel terme to be avoided terrible experience 5-night stay - air conditioning not working - room phone not working - hair dryer not working - very small and neglected room (there were several geckos wandering around) there are no thermal baths pools? two but I don't think they are thermal the food is quite recycled from breakfast to dinner but at least decent experience to avoid

The hotel enjoys an excellent location, which allows, especially if you have a vehicle, to reach some of the most beautiful beaches in the area, such as Citara and Sorgeto, in a few minutes. The presence of the parking lot, which allows you to leave your vehicle without difficulty, and the luggage storage are also very convenient. The staff proved to be kind, helpful, and friendly. Unfortunately, however, some aspects related to cleanliness left much to be desired: the room, with old furniture, was not adequately cleaned, with visibly accumulated dust and stained sheets. The bathroom also gave off a bad smell. On the other hand, the daily change of complimentary toiletries was positive. The breakfast service was excellent in terms of the welcome and the availability of some waiters. A special thanks to Mrs. Anna, always kind and attentive. Unfortunately, however, the quality and variety of the food did not meet expectations. Overall, the property is very large and has spaces and features that give it excellent potential. With more attention to cleanliness and the quality of services, it could certainly offer a much better experience to its guests.
