We stayed as 3 adult women, paying €325 for two nights, plus €25 in city tax, and honestly, we expected something completely different. The room was tiny for three people, with an even more cramped bathroom and visibly rusty pipes. But the most absurd problem was the electrical outlets: no outlets near the beds, with the exception of a single outlet on the right side of the double bed. For three people who need to charge their phones, it is an absolutely impractical situation. As if that were not enough, turning on a single hair dryer would trip the power. We were not using three hair dryers at the same time, as was later sarcastically pointed out to us: one was enough to crash the system. We reported our issues to the staff, but instead of finding helpfulness and courtesy, we received responses that calling unprofessional is an understatement. One evening, returning to the hotel, we found the elevator broken and had to deal with the maintenance worker, who had evidently already "categorized" us as "the three girls from 221 who wanted to use three hair dryers at the same time." Too bad that this reconstruction did not correspond at all to what happened. We pointed out the problem with the outlets to him again as well. His solution? He told us that an outlet was available in the bathroom and that we could charge our cell phones there. Too bad there were three of us and only two outlets available. When we pointed out that the following day we might find ourselves with dead phones, we were told, in an ironic tone, that “these are not the problems of life.” No, it is certainly not a problem of life. But we also do not claim to solve the great problems of humanity: we simply demand a service adequate to what we paid and a minimum of politeness from the staff. A question for the maintenance worker: do you charge your phone in the bathroom at your house? Because we, after having paid over €350 in total, certainly did not expect this to be the solution proposed to three guests. And the ending was almost surreal. When we said that we would leave a negative review, the response was, verbatim, “do one thing, speak badly of me too, since I am the hotel maintenance worker.” YOU GOT IT. As far as we are concerned, we will absolutely never return here and we do not recommend it to anyone. The 3 girls from 221

Nightmare hotel, it reminded me of the show on Real Time, room that smells of mold in 70s style. Air conditioning equal to 0 and better not to mention the bathroom. I preferred camping, it was better in a tent. Bar that closes at 9:00 PM, price off the market, I paid €170, I asked for a bottle of water and they didn't even make the gesture of offering it to me. I hope it closes soon
