A hotel that claims to be 5-star but, in reality, isn't even close! It is an expensive hotel that really isn't worth the price; the rooms are old and cramped, and there are no power outlets near the beds. Maybe it was a 5-star hotel 30 years ago, but it certainly isn't worth the cost now. Who uses a physical room key these days? The room was small, very outdated, and unpleasant to be in. While it was clean and the staff were pleasant, there was a container of Pringles on the table that we assumed was complimentary—it was placed there as if it were free, and in our experience, Italian hotels often provide free snacks. At checkout, however, they charged us an exorbitant price for the small Pringles and the peanuts that had been on the table. We had a negative experience and didn't enjoy our time in the room; the price simply doesn't justify the value! It was expensive and a half-hour walk from the port where all the buses depart, and the local transportation isn't the most convenient.

I had the most amazing time at this hotel. The staff were so accommodating and very service minded- nothing was too much trouble. The location can’t be beat. Rooms were perfect. Very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was delicious and plenty of choice. The coffee was great. I’ll be back soon X

The hotel is located in a perfect position for visiting the ancient village of Ischia Ponte. The view from some rooms is spectacular: sea view and view of the Aragonese Castle. It is equipped with two swimming pools (one of which is thermal) and has access to the private beach of the nearby hotel. The staff is kind and the breakfast has delicious pastries typical of the Neapolitan tradition.
