The location of the Hotel is amazing, we had a sea view room with a nice small terrace. All in all the stay was ok, the reason for the "only" 3 star is the quiet unfriendly personel and the general condition/cleaningness of the Hotel. For the price we paid I expect much more. I visited Ischia several times already - there are better places

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ An unforgettable experience: relaxation, pampering, and impeccable service! We have just finished our stay at the Hotel Resort Thermae Sorriso in Forio and we could not have wished for anything better. The property is a true paradise: breathtaking location, well-maintained thermal pools, and an atmosphere of pure relaxation that rejuvenates you from the very first moment. If the location and the thermal services are a 10 out of 10, the real strength that makes this resort special is undoubtedly its staff. A special heartfelt thanks goes to the waiters Nordin, Mariano, Vito, and Fabio: with their extraordinary professionalism, kindness, and cheerfulness, they made every one of our meals a special moment. Always attentive to every detail, thoughtful, smiling, and ready to anticipate any need with rare efficiency. They make you feel truly welcomed and "at home" with indisputable class. Excellent food, impeccable cleanliness, and warm hospitality that best reflects the beauty of Ischia. We will definitely return and we recommend it with our eyes closed to anyone looking for a dream vacation. Thanks again to all the staff and in particular to the fantastic quartet in the dining room!

Fantastic experience in a fabulous property !! A spectacular postcard view! Really super kind and helpful staff! Spotless and very comfortable room with a very spacious outdoor terrace, with a sheer view over the sea. We ate a bucatino with rabbit ragù at the à la carte restaurant that was out of this world!!! I really recommend it to everyone! The double-cooked octopus was also spectacular, in fact we ordered it again the next day! We did the 1-hour wellness circuit at the SPA and we liked it a lot, it was really super relaxing and the whirlpool was large and spotless! The thermal pool had a perfect temperature and it was wonderful to enjoy that stunning panorama from inside that pool! Super rejuvenating! We had a wonderful time and I would absolutely go back! Highly recommended! Unforgettable experience!!!!
