Villa Tina

We stayed 10 nights in August at this property for our first vacation in Ischia. First of all, at the time of booking, Marco gave us the opportunity to rely on a transport company that took care of the Naples central - Hotel transfer and vice versa, and it was a truly excellent service (especially considering the endless lines related to the month of August!). The residence, equipped with a small but comfortable furnished pool, immediately proved to be very nice: comfortable room with kitchenette, bathroom, and a very large and beautiful terrace, also furnished. Strategic location: in front of the hotel entrance is the road that leads in 10 min on foot to the beach of Cava dell'isola, perhaps the most beautiful in Ischia. At 30 m away is the public transport stop and in any case the center of Forio can also be reached on foot in about 20 min. The best part of the property, however, was provided by the family that manages it: Marco with Maria Luisa and little Resi, mom Tina with Pietro, are wonderful people who welcomed us with their helpfulness and friendliness, making our vacation UNFORGETTABLE!!!! A thank you also to "the Chefffff" Davide who prepared excellent dinners for us and [provided] friendliness. A small "flaw" is perhaps the bathroom which would need a renovation, but that's too little to not return to Villa Tina again!!! Thanks for everything and see you soon, Fabio and Antonella

I stayed at Residence Villa Tina in Forio with my father during the May holiday, and we were pleasantly surprised. It is a simple structure, without ultra-modern or designer furnishings, but equipped with all the necessary comforts for a pleasant stay. The room was very clean, and every small problem we encountered was resolved immediately by the owner, who proved to be extremely kind, helpful, and always attentive to our needs. The location is really convenient: in a couple of minutes by scooter or car, you can easily reach the beautiful Citara beach and the famous Poseidon Thermal Gardens. From there, it is very easy to move around and visit the rest of the island. One gesture we greatly appreciated was when the owner offered to take us to the port for free to catch the ferry back, a consideration that is not at all taken for granted today. If you are looking for a clean, welcoming structure in a strategic location with excellent value for money, I absolutely recommend Residence Villa Tina. We would gladly return.

Good morning everyone, I used to come to Villa Tina during my summer vacations with my brother. I came this year with my husband; we had a wonderful time. With my brother, we used to reserve the sea-view villa, but this year we tried the small cottages. Charming, comfortable, with all the necessary amenities for a good vacation, and the private parking is perfect for those traveling by motorcycle! What can I say about the owners of this establishment, Marco, Mr. Pietro, Mrs. Tiana, and the other gentleman with glasses, whose name I unfortunately do not remember? They are delightful people as always! I am immensely grateful to Mrs. Tina and the gentleman with glasses for the gift of the beautiful and delicious lemons! Thanks also to little great Zeus, a lovely dog who made me miss my puppies back in Rome with my mom a little less. Ischia is fantastic thanks to places and people like these. We will return soon; we have decided at least once a year, unfortunately too little because France is too far away! We will come with the puppies next time because these wonderful people and their splendid residence accept dogs. Endless greetings and thanks to the owners. Chiara and Matthieu
