"Those who know it avoid it." Dilapidated facility, air conditioning in zones, even with old fan ventilators. In the room: you could not go out onto the balcony or open the window because the air conditioner motor installed 30 cm from the ground was spitting boiling hot air at you. Terrible restaurant service. Good food, the Latin American entertainment was pleasant. These are the opinions shared by all the guests of the facility that I had the opportunity to meet. My neighbor in the room at the end of the stay said goodbye to me saying, "the nightmare is over." The photos I am attaching are eloquent......if this is a 4-star resort....I leave the judgment to you.

I have never wanted a vacation to end so much! The hotel appears to be a somewhat dated property that is poorly maintained. Our room was quite spacious (we stayed in a triple), but with dated furniture, and at least in ours, there was no closet to store clothes, which we left in our suitcases for the entire duration of our stay. The level of cleanliness is truly questionable, with layers of dust, mold, and dirt on the balcony, not to mention the air conditioner filters. Streptococcus-level stuff. The housekeeping service is, to say the least, non-existent: room left vacant from 9:30 AM and cleaned at 3:30 PM, unhappy staff who tell you that there are only a few of them and so either you accept it as is or they will come back the next day. Sheets changed 1 time in a week. There are standards to be met and services to be guaranteed for a 4-star rating and this property is not classifiable. The staff does not have a uniform, everyone dresses as they please from the reception to the last waiter in the dining room. The only recognizable one was the lifeguard, if you could find him though, because on the beach he was a mirage. Very dirty beach. Glasses, napkins, bottles, cigarette butts. Cleaning took place around 11:00 AM with an attendant who passed between the sun loungers with a net to remove the bulk. The pool was indecent! Cockroaches, filth, algae and mold on the walls, broken sun loungers. Reception staff rude, arrogant, and bordering on uncivilized. Dining room manager incapable of managing the staff, absolute lack of communication between the dining room and the kitchen, disorganization at surreal levels. Do not hope to have dietary requirements for allergies because you risk a lot. I speak from personal experience. Reportable.

Let's start by saying that hospitality is not part of this facility. Old, dirty, and poorly maintained hotel; staff is lacking in both quantity and professionalism. We arrived as suggested by the facility at 12:00 PM, we gained access to our dirty room at 4:00 PM. Hospital food, and woe to you if you ask for seconds of anything edible. They were never able to make us eat a main course with a side dish at the same time. First they served the main course, and if things went well, the side dish arrived after 20 minutes. Ah! Pray to God you don't have any allergies because you're taking a big risk, considering that on the first day my celiac daughter was served regular lasagna and spent the whole afternoon in the room in pain. For 4 days she would mark down things to eat, but she was regularly told the chef couldn't make it, so they decided what she had to eat. Nightmare pool, dirty and poorly maintained; when asked, the staff present said it can't be cleaned any better at the bottom. The answer was, I've been telling them since June. At the beach, you can't choose your own umbrella, they give it to you, but only from the third row; if you want the first, you have to pay a supplement. Often the rooms weren't made up before 3:00 PM, and if they found you in the room and you asked to have it done later, they would reply, "I'm not coming back, either now or we won't do it." To top it off, the parking lot is narrow, and sure enough, a nice scratch on the bumper. In short, absolutely incompetent and rude staff. Old, dirty, and poorly managed facility. I can't explain how it can still be open.
