What a fabulous hotel in a brilliant location. From start to finish we were made to feel cared for and special. The hotel is easy walking distance to the centre, it is stylish in its decor and the pools are spectacular. There were always enough sun beds for guests and luckily no major rush in the morning like some hotels. Very chilled. Breakfast was great with good choices though some guests just piled food on their plates which they did not eat which was such a waste, but nothing anyone can do about that. Waiter service at the pool was fantastic and again all the team there were extremely respectful, professional and liked to have a laugh with you which was great. Lunch exceptional . All the team were very attentive, good choices and great views. All the team throughout the hotel were very welcoming and extremely lovely, I literally felt valued. Thank you for this. Anna-Marie was just exceptional. Breakfast and Lunch Anna welcomed us with a mega smile, and read the room. She was extremely professional and versatile. You could see she was always putting the customer first and trying to find ways to improve service and give the customer exceptional service. As a business owner myself, these are the qualities of an individual I would absolutely want to represent my company and values in a senior position. Let’s hope Anna breaks the traditional, if not stifled mold, and is promoted to maitre d otherwise I would love to steal her and have her represent my company in a senior management position. Well done Capodimonte we will be back and have already recommended where a colleague has already booked. You made our second trip to Sorrento even better.

Stunning Hotel. Just magical. The rooms are beautiful. The views stunning. The pool area so chill and plenty of sunbeds. Breakfast really good. Just loved this hotel. Perfect.

This hotel is grand indeed. Very big and very upscale. Stunning grounds and stunning views. Lots of lovely places in which to gather and relax. Easy walk to the center of town, with all the shops and restaurants
