Grand Hotel Flora is a Very Good hotel. Wonderfully clean, pool & area are great, plenty of sunbeds, waiter service. Staff are some of the best we have had, helpful & friendly. Terrace bar has amazing views, especially to see Sunset. Prices are a little higher than the bars but worth seeing the sunset. Rooms are comfortable & spacious, very clean. Nice bathroom. Location is perfect, short 10 min walk into the main part of town..Piazza Tasso. Plenty of bars & restaurants to choose from.. Station & buses are also just a 5 min walk. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel I will certainly be back.

Location excellent, pool excellent. Roof top bar amazing view. Very good hotel. Only issue is the coffee at breakfast is unfortunately very poor. Makes no sense as everything else was great

Lovely room - booked with TUI - glad we upgraded to pool/sea view. Arrived late night manager and person on reception were really pleasant and welcoming. Pool area lovely although ‘lifeguard/pool attendants’miserable and rude. Breakfast poor - very disappointing Reception staff other than when checked in were surly and unhelpful - young man on reception when I asked something proceeded to talk to his female colleague in Italian laughing whilst I just stood there - incredibly rude and €80 for 2 hour extra late checkout (2 instead of 12) ridiculous. Staff treat those in the suites totally different !!! - money obviously talks in this hotel Rooms really clean and daily cleaning service was great TUI reps absent don’t expect anything extra Not a friendly welcoming hotel
