Our fourth visit this time to celebrate our 40 th wedding anniversary with friends also sharing theirs . A homely family run hotel which is friendly, relaxed , we will return , don’t change anything 👍

This hotel exceeded all expectations, in the weeks leading up to our stay I was searching for more. Videos/images etc on TikTok instagram to get more of a look at the hotel and in all honesty there wasn’t much to go off so I just had to hope for the best. We’ve never done a 3star hotel we usually stick to 4. Firstly I would say this is a 4 star hotel. The staff were superb. The gentleman on the desk who walked us to our room and showed us all we needed to know on the map was so genuinely helpful a real asset to the hotel. The room was clean with a fresh feel to it bright and colourful with a small window with the most incredible view. The hotel isn’t far from the town but it is on a hill so if your not physically able to do that walk I’d bare that in mind. The pool area was really relaxed and so was the food area. I really loved my stay at this hotel and I would definitely recommend it.

This hotel is wonderful, it’s family run and they just can’t do enough for you. They were so helpful and advised us how to get around and booked us a fantastic boat tour to Capri. The hotel itself is beautiful and fascinating, full of history as it used to be an Abbey before it was a family home and hotel. We had the suite on the corner of the hotel, which has views looking out to sea on 2 sides of the room - stunning! Even the bathroom window had a spectacular view of Mount Vesuvius and the bay of Naples. We ate in the restaurant one evening after a lovely dip in the pool after our day out on the boat, the views were lovely from our table on the terrace and the food was great! Breakfast is also lovely and well presented. The walk into Sorrento was only 10 minutes via the bottom entrance to the grounds and we walked back up each evening which was fine after a few proseccos! We’d recommend a taxi if you have luggage. There is a bus stop nearby but if you’re going to Amalfi, you need to catch it at the bus station in Sorrento as it’s full by the time it reaches the hotel so you might not get on, that’s if it stops at all!
