Excellent service within hotel from Tony, Miguel and Pina in the restaurant. Always helpful, respectful and full of happiness at breakfast and dinner. Staff on the bar excellent! The views from the hotel are magnificent, especially when eating lunch or dinner. Very chilled, lovely pool and location. It is our second time at this hotel, and we still love it!

Lobby lovely decorated and friendly staff. We stayed on 2nd floor by the stairs which are very echoing making it nosiey especially when when talking in corridors at 7am! Rooms advertised as sound proof, definitely not! Air con great, peeling paint in bathroom, holes on towels, stains on sheets and bed- definitely not 4 star upstairs! Good variety of food at breakfast, but did have lipstick all over my glass! friendly staff. Lunch acceptable, prices a bit high. Shuttle bus driver good but limited on space and if you book early trips taxis are 60 euros or you can walk-which we did- was 30 mins, very steep so not ideal for mobility problems or pushchairs! Views amazing..pool excellent.

Honest review just returned home the hotel itself was fine rooms very noisey we were on the 6 th floor which assumed was top it was actually ground floor. The staff are so friendly especially Tarak and Tiny Tony the breakfast not great food at night good but not exceptional drink prices very pricey. Would I return yes just not to this hotel
