Relais Regina Giovanna (Deluxe)

We spent 4 days in this Relais: a very pleasant discovery! My partner is eight months pregnant, and we received many truly appreciated attentions. The staff is well-prepared and really friendly, definitely one of the best places we have stayed thanks to the experience they made us live. A special thanks to Liberato and Ida for the restaurant, and to Gerardo who welcomed us on the beach every morning with kindness and great talent. We will definitely return with little Diego. We travel from the US and loved our stay, is a kid friendly hotel, with a private beach, playground, farm animals that roam free through the property. The area is gorgeous and picture perfect anywhere you go. The gym area is small but we were not interested anyway!! The staff was polite and went above a beyond to cover our needs. We will come back :)

The establishment relies much more on the view than on substance. The location is undoubtedly beautiful, surrounded by greenery with a spectacular view, and the staff has always been courteous and helpful. The real problem is the 'restaurant,' which is an understatement to call disappointing. Exaggerated prices for tiny portions and honestly mediocre dishes, lacking quality and personality. You pay for the name and the view, not for what arrives on the plate. From an establishment that wants to position itself at certain levels, one would expect a kitchen that meets those standards; instead, the experience was almost irritating for the quality-price ratio. It's a shame because the place has enormous potential, but the dining experience significantly ruins the overall experience.
