Front desk service extremily poor, we were invisible, not kind at all, the breakfast needs improvement.

Welcoming hotel, well located, with good restaurant service. A thank you to Valeria who, with her kindness, made the stay even more welcoming.

right , ill keep it as honest as i can, it was a good hotel , comfortable bed , big rooms and close to train station , but is it a 4 * hotel , not sure , the Ac is locked you cant change it , the breakfast is very basic, but I cant fault the hotel reception staff , they did their best specially the young lady ( cant remember the name ) and Marco . I recommend if you are booking this place , book a room with sea view ( its exceptional) , and bear in mind its far from Naples city centre , but you cant get to where ever you want with train the station is behind the hotel ,
