Hotel Bristol

Entirely renovated rooms with a beautiful sea view, pleasant furnishings, maximum cleanliness. The hotel allows you to reach the center of Vietri from the elevator on the top floor. Too bad about the rather hasty welcome. It seemed to us that the front office staff was more occupied with chatting than with performing their job professionally.

1 night spent in this 4-star hotel, honestly it has all the potential to improve in some aspects. Rooms with a beautiful sea view, excellent location, but the room cleanliness could be improved, few bathroom products and dated hair dryers (there are those very small travel ones), musty smell in the bathroom. Staff all in all kind and good breakfast with a beautiful view.

Upon arriving at the facility, the welcome was not the best. Hasty check-in, the receptionist does not shine for friendliness and warmth. Room no. 438, they did not warn us that to get to the room we had to walk up a flight of stairs with our luggage. Standard room, the large window overlooks a wall, from the small one you can glimpse a view of the sea, though covered by vegetation. Very painful notes: the third bed is a fold-away, one of those wall-mounted ones, with exposed metal parts, not exactly ideal even for a child. And yet there would have been plenty of room for a normal bed. The bathroom is old, the sink is damaged, the shower cabin door came off its track on the first use. There is only the overhead shower head, which is particularly inconvenient for those who do not want to get their hair wet. To get out of the shower, you have the bidet in your way. The entire room is in need of renovation and modernization of the furniture. Overall a disappointing experience, luckily it was only for one night.
