San Salvador

I must preface this by saying that it is our first vacation in a hotel with two children, and I must say that it was truly a beautiful experience, even though, unfortunately, it is almost over 😆 Upon our arrival, we were able to leave our luggage and start our vacation without any problems. The staff is very kind and qualified, in addition to being very helpful in answering questions and requests. A special compliment to the cleaning staff (in particular Stefania, who was very sweet to our children ☺️) and their availability; despite the use of the beach service and the consequent sand that you bring back with you, the room was always perfect. A huge thank you to the owners and the entire dining room and kitchen staff who put up with our "screaming dwarf" 😂 with great kindness and warmth, never making us feel out of place. What can I say about the food? It is delicious, and every evening there is a great variety; a big round of applause to the chef and especially to the pizza maker, who turned out pizzas galore, each one better than the last. Being able to converse with them was also a beautiful moment of relaxation and learning 😊. The dining room staff is very kind and attentive to every need, both for the little ones and for the adults; a big thank you especially to Roberta, who made us laugh a lot, making even the most complicated moments much lighter. A big thank you to the entire staff; in our memories of this vacation, we will carry with us beautiful experiences and the emotion of having met wonderful people. Highly recommended to anyone who wants to carve out a little corner of paradise.

I stayed with my family the first week of September, very clean hotel in an excellent location, comfortable room, and excellent cuisine. Then what can I say, an excellent staff, everyone super friendly and ready to work hard for the customer. A heartfelt thank you to everyone and my greatest compliments to Fabio and Andrea for their management and empathy towards every customer.

We had a great time! Clean property, good food, the pizza maker who prepares quality pizza and bread every day! Local jams are available at breakfast. All the staff are kind and friendly. Otto is amazing! Compliments to the two guys who manage the property. It will be positive word of mouth.
