Aemilia Hotel Bologna

Upgraded room was the first great indicator 😍 Whilst the external aesthetics of the hotel are not great what it lacks in beauty makes up for in cleanliness, decor, great adjustable air con ( seemingly not a given in Italy - we went to Tuscany at a hotel 3x the price and air con was wholly inadequate), great sized bathroom with modern luxuries, great view across bologne, a superb breakfast offering and a really friendly and helpful reception team. I definitely book with this hotel chain again - they have a winning formula. Please don’t change anything!!

The hotel experience was more than positive, not only for the staff's availability in recommending where to go to eat but above all for the thoughtful touches reserved for us. Upon our arrival, we received a little gift for our poodle that included a ball, a roll of waste bags, and, not least, wipes and sanitizers. The room was spacious and the king-size bed was very comfortable. Finally, in the bathroom, we found some super appreciated little touches, starting with the kit consisting of a nail file, cotton swabs, a hair tie, a shoe shine sponge, and much more. I would definitely return willingly.

Excellent location and hospitality. I recommend it to everyone for spending a vacation or for any other commitment in the city of Bologna.
