I booked the property directly but when I was about to arrive by taxi they called me and told me that they had forgotten to close the dates on the portals... and that the room was sold. Lack of professionalism. Yes, it must be able to work without generating problems for customers who trust the host.

Moto Bene! Marco is a terrific host, a super nice place, and a great location. Whilst close to the City, the local area and restaurants are really good. Absolutely recommend whether for business or pleasure!

The B&B is in a good location, a ten minute walk from Piazza Maggiore and a 15-20 minute walk from the station. The manager Marco was very welcoming. He gave us a handy map of the city and suggested some nice restaurants nearby and places worth visiting. He also recommended his favourite gelateria, which we visited several times! The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. There was a TV, a fan, plenty of storage space and numerous sockets. The WiFi was reliable. The communal bathroom wasn't a problem for us as there are two of them between only 4-5 rooms. Breakfast was self-service, with a variety of juices, croissants, bread, biscuits, cheeses, cakes etc to choose from. There was a microwave, coffee machine and toaster available for the guests to use. It was ideal for us. If we return to Bologna, we'll definitely stay here again.
