The house is beautiful and so warm. Tiziana is wonderful, she is very kind and helpful exactly like the Italy women in the movies. Also the breakfast was unique and very tasty We definitely will came back for longer time thank you tiziana from The SEMO'S

Staying at Casa Ilaria was very pleasant as Tiziana was very helpful and friendly, the place is very well kept, spacious, clean and beautiful area to lounge in. She makes the best Italian including Sicilican breakfast cakes ever and I would recommend this place to stay in as it is very convenient to walk around in the city centre and close to really good restaurants. The bed is very good quality and sheets and duvet were supreme!

It is a very nice B&B, located near the university district. Be aware -- it is a duplex, and there is a very steep staircase to the rooms on the upper floor, which I would not recommend for older people.
