I stayed at this hotel in Bologna and the experience was simply perfect from start to finish. The value for money is exceptional, and the generosity and care are noticeable in every detail. The property is very clean, truly top-notch. But what makes this hotel special is the warm and professional welcome received at the time of booking, throughout the entire stay, and right up to the final farewells. You really feel pampered.

Our stay at this hotel in Bologna was absolutely wonderful. The room was lovely, and the location couldn't have been better—within easy walking distance of great shopping and some excellent restaurants. What truly makes this hotel exceptional, though, is the staff. Gianluca, the concierge, was incredibly kind, helpful, and genuinely delightful. His recommendations and warm personality made our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast staff was amazing, remembering our orders each morning and making us feel so welcome. The bar staff was equally friendly, and the front desk team was outstanding. I especially wish I had gotten the name of the woman who checked us in early one morning. She was so sweet and kind, and she even remembered our room number throughout our stay. It was those thoughtful personal touches that made us feel like valued guests rather than just another reservation. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bologna.

I spent a night in this establishment chosen for its proximity to the stadium. Old and damaged furnishings, a bathroom that looks like those in old country houses, a ruined bathtub (but who uses a bathtub in a hotel?), faucets rusted by time, a shower located in a sort of closet, a wobbly toilet seat, a turned-off refrigerator with not even a bottle of water, a kettle with two tea bags, no coffee, and two paper cups to drink from. Overall feeling of neglect and squalor. All of this for 150 euros without breakfast, plus 20 euros for parking.
