Metropolitan Hotel

The Hotel Metropolitan was a delight. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and informative. The hallways and rooms were clean and decorated with art from all over the world. The location afforded access to a variety of restaurants, shops, landmarks, and community events. The hotel's rooftop cafe provided a lovely view of Bologna, along with efficient service and free snacks with drinks. The morning front desk manager, Anita, allowed us into the breakfast buffet prior to its actual opening so we could have breakfast in time to make our respective flights and called a taxi on our behalf. The food was excellent and presented in an enticing manner. I'll stay there again if I ever have the good fortune to return to Bologna.

We returned with immense joy to the Hotel Metropolitan, in room 203. A heartfelt thank you for the impeccable cleanliness, the beauty of your hotel and, above all, for the extraordinary kindness of all the staff. A special thank you to Ms. Sara for her so thoughtful and smiling welcome. We make only one promise: to return as soon as possible. Long live Bologna, our favorite city! We stayed at the Hotel Metropolitan for 5 nights in July 2026. The hotel and service is excellent and all members of staff were charming. The room we had was perfect, very clean and good facilities, with efficient and much needed air conditioning. It is centrally located and so perfect for a sightseeing trip to the city.
