Close to the station and the main tourist attractions, comfortable and with staff always available to help, all positive

Hotel location is convenient, close to the station and the center; very convenient parking, practically underneath. The rooms need a bit of updating, both in terms of decor and especially the carpeting, which is also present in the hallways. Very basic breakfast. Helpful staff. For one night it can work, but it could use a bit of modernization.

Nice and clean cozy hotel, excellent location from the central station, Walking distance to Piazza Maggiore. Breakfast was fine. Aircon worked which was really nice as the weather was especially hot. Staff proposed a wonderful restaurant for the farewell dinner - Trattoria Da Romana. A very small minus because staff ignored the list of rooms I had delivered beforehand.
