Residence Du Parc

Apartment is ideally located, 50 meters to the sea,restaurants and shops. The apartment is simple but everything is there. It has a balcony and air conditioning. There is also a lift. You will be welcomed by Laura every day. Highly recommended!!!

There are three of us, we booked at DuParc at the last minute, thanks to a providential last minute. The residence is in a great location, near the beach and the pedestrian area; above the supermarket, in short, everything convenient. Upon arrival we were greeted by Mrs. Laura and her husband, very kind we immediately felt welcome. The common areas are very comfortable and cared for, entering you are greeted by a fresh scent. We have booked a two-room apartment, Corner location, very cool because almost always in the shade, attention to detail with everything you need to spend a quiet holiday by the sea. The kitchenette is small but complete with everything, comfortable and spacious wardrobe in the master bedroom. The sofa bed in the kitchen (the third bed) can safely remain open at all times for convenience and does not prevent you from moving smoothly around the room. Highly recommended!!

We went with 4 people to the residence from 6 till 15th August 2016. It was a very nice holiday. The location was perfect for people who want to have a holiday at the beach. The supermarket is nearby (100meters). The appartment was good enough for 2 adolescents. The terrace was small but the big terrace at the roof (available for everyone) made that we had a perfect breakfast every day. On top of this all, Laura was a very good host. She was able to help whenever she needed too, asked a lot of times if everything was fine and came up with good suggestions to do. Conclusion: If you want to have a ' beach holiday' Du Parc is perfect for 2 persons in 1 apartment with great facilities for a low price !
