Family Hotel Savini

We returned this year and found the cleanliness of the rooms and the kindness and helpfulness of those who clean them to be excellent as always... the food was less praiseworthy, having definitely worsened compared to last year, but a special thanks to Claudia who always listened to us and accommodated us in the dining hall! But what is always better every time is the entertainment! Discreet, not intrusive, but engaging! So a big thank you to Beppe, Tania, and all the others 🤍

to say the least terrible.. tiny rooms with a dilapidated air conditioner... the controls to turn it on above the door... impossible to manage for someone like me who is 1.60 tall. terrible food, you definitely eat better in a cafeteria, pool often greenish in color... when we returned to the room from the beach for lunch I had to ask for towels (it happened to me for two days in a row then I complained and I didn't have any more problems) the cleaning ladies would answer me that they didn't have clean towels, they had to wait for them to come out of the dryer.... toilet paper.... bring it from home, it's better... drink dispenser often empty, coffee machine broken for two days... so you paid for coffee at the hotel bar.... no... they didn't offer it since the machine was broken.... you paid for it! almost impossible to take the elevator.... always occupied.... very small for a hotel like this. the parking lot, if you intend to go out often, don't pay for it because anyway when you come back it's gone and you who paid for the car leave it outside. obviously I didn't expect 5-star treatment for such a price.... but these are the basics, guys!

Mediocre hotel. FREEZING pool, practically always in the shade; they sell it as heated, but it is not. No slide in the pool. Very small rooms. Basic cleaning. Rude, cold staff, without a smile. Food barely edible, always the same soup offered in several variations. Long wait times to get food, and you have a 1-hour shift to eat. Very small elevator, the stroller barely fits and you have to wait for it even half an hour. Drink dispensers always empty, slushies practically non-existent, they were present one day out of 4. " Children's "snack," made with leftovers from breakfast, every single day. Entertainment, scarce and of poor quality. The hotel does not have an adequate area if the weather is bad; you have to move to nearby hotels even just for the baby dance, going out in the rain with small children.
