Hotel Centrale

Terrible experience; upon arrival they asked for the balance of the stay, then the room assigned to us was communicated upon arrival as being in an annex. Terrible rooms, old furniture, bathroom unwatchable due to size and shower full of mold. Walls dirty with insects killed by previous guests. Bedspread full of stains; room cleaning only upon request by the guest, otherwise they don't clean. Dining room and reception staff not very helpful, buffet only based on main courses for both lunch and dinner. This property does not deserve 3 stars!

Disappointing experience: disorganization and very little attention to the customer Overall rating: ⭐ (1/5) I stayed at this hotel for three nights in a double room, paying a total of 510 euros, to which an additional 14 euros per person (or per day) must be added for breakfast. Unfortunately, the experience was decidedly negative from almost every point of view. Reception and staff: The reception is practically nonexistent and the entire property is completely devoid of visible staff or staff available in case of need, leaving guests completely to fend for themselves. Inadequate and risky breakfast: Calling it "poor" is an understatement. The cakes available seemed to be made by who knows who, completely lacking labels indicating ingredients and origin — a very serious problem for those who, like me, have various food allergies and had to give it up entirely, having to go have breakfast at a cafe even though I had already paid for the service. To complete the picture, only dirty water came out of the automatic coffee machines. Safety and cleanliness: Twice we found dangerous puddles of water on the hallway floor that no one bothered to dry, and in both cases my partner seriously risked slipping and getting hurt. Added to this is the unpleasant "surprise" upon returning to the room after the cleaning service: we found the room door left completely open. An unacceptable price-quality ratio and a total lack of professionalism and safety. Highly unrecommended.

Hotel not up to 3-star standards! After booking and paying, we were informed that we had to rely on the nearby hotel. There is no reception, and therefore there is no staff presence. The room had a chandelier full of insects, there was a smell of sewage in the bathroom, and the shower was black and moldy. Damp spots on the walls and a dirty room! For having booked only an overnight stay without breakfast, I would say the cost of 240 euros is excessive! Absolutely a rip-off! Never again!
