Hotel City Beach Resort

Hotel with only bed and breakfast. Certainly the rooms and the structure in general would need a nice refresh. Lunches and dinners are served at the Hotel Adria, which is part of the group (very elegant and with high-level and very helpful staff). Overall, however, a positive experience with staff who were always kind and helpful. The only flaw is not having bar service for the evening.

Well done! very misleading website, too bad reality is 100% distorted. Hotel located beachfront with a wonderful view, fortunately, because it is the only positive note. Horrible room, small, outdated, neglected, double bed with two single mattresses pushed together, squeaky just by breathing, it feels like sleeping with a canary. Wall-mounted nightstand that stays up by a miracle. Balcony with water from the air conditioners on the upper floors dripping down. Several ants. Exiting the elevator, a small table with packs of toilet paper instead of brochures or something ornamental, a nice business card. Very small bathroom lacking a bidet and with a dilapidated and very noisy exhaust fan. Open electrical boxes. Detached curtains. Baby crib with brown stains on the safety mesh. The much-touted partner beach would be worthy of a visit from the health inspectors; the bathroom is unusable, with rubble, pallets, and abandoned paint cans, clogged showers, you wash in a puddle of water, no playground for children, and a chilling bar. Parking is included, but there is no guarantee there will be a spot, but that is better because the back reveals even more neglect. Restaurant at the Hotel Adria, hours from 12:30/1:30 PM and 7:30 PM to 8:30 PM. Better to go at 7:30 PM because if you arrive at 7:45 PM, you eat the leftovers or empty trays from the house appetizer buffet. Furthermore, you witness constant complaints from the waiters who claim to have too many tables to look after; it is probably true, but it is unprofessional to complain in front of the customer. Very sad! The lobby bar is chilling; I wouldn't even take a bottle of water. In short, you are very good at creating the website, but perhaps the idea of the hotel you describe should be a starting point for improvement. I am still staying here, but it is a nightmare!

We just arrived in the room after a rather cold check-in from the guy at the reception, who seemed to expect us to pay him just to get a smile. We found a curtain stained with vomit. Sheets with yellow stains. Let's just say we already started off badly. The hotel's courtesy is terrible; almost everyone is quite annoyed to be working there. Perhaps the only one who is saved in this hotel is the guy with glasses at the reception, who is always kind and helpful. Bicycle service is a bit haphazard. Ill-mannered people kept the bikes all day, not making them available to other people; in fact, there should be a nice update on the bikes they make available as well. Usual breakfast. The sea view is the thing we liked the most. Everything else is not as they say. The only convenience is the umbrella under the hotel, but if you want to take a walk in the evening there are 2 rides near the house and nothing else!!!! 20 min walk to the center and there you find a bit of life.
