Hotel Perla Verde

I had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The room was compact but clean and well-maintained, with all the basic amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The breakfast and dinner buffets were very nice, with a good variety of food. The hotel is located in a peaceful, hassle-free area close to the beach, making it an ideal place for a relaxing getaway. The rooftop pool area was one of the highlights, offering a wonderful view in the evening. A special mention goes to Mr. Ricardo at the front desk, a very pleasant and mature gentleman who was on evening duty throughout the week of our stay. He was exceptionally kind, helpful, and supportive. Since I like to work out early in the morning, he was always willing to help by opening the gym for me, which I truly appreciated. His warm and helpful attitude made me feel very welcomed throughout my stay. The other front desk staff were also responsive and supportive. The young restaurant staff both male and female were particularly pleasant, friendly, and attentive throughout our stay. There was, however, one middle-aged male staff member whose attitude and level of service did not quite match the otherwise excellent hospitality of the team. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and appreciated the warm hospitality. I would be happy to recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, peaceful, and relaxing stay close to the beach in Milano Maritima,

Excellent end-of-summer weekend...short but intense...very appreciated overall, in particular the very refined cuisine, truly top-notch, compliments to the chef...and to the bartender with his personalized herbal teas. We will return. Silvana.

It is the second year that I choose this hotel for vacations with my friends and we are always happy to be welcomed in such an exquisitely elegant hotel. The hotel's location is perfect both for spending days at the beach, practically a stone's throw away, and for a walk in the center of Milano Marittima. Everything is easily reachable on foot. I have known the Perla Verde for a few years because the Sacchi family hosts, in May, schools of dancers for the Union Latina Europea workshop. In September, with my friends, I rediscovered the professionalism, kindness, and helpfulness of the entire staff, always ready to satisfy every request. Also finding our Cerasuolo d'Abruzzo rosé wine again. Thank you! We felt welcome from the very first moment. From the reception staff, to the restaurant staff, to the housekeeping staff and naturally from Ms. Federica Sacchi. You can breathe competence, dedication, and love in everyone's work. Heartfelt thanks and see you in May. Alessandra Esposti
