Hotel Riz

I stayed in one of the apartments at this residence and I must say that they are absolutely stunning. Brand new, well-equipped, and very clean The service at the internal bar is excellent, offering a good variety of croissants, cream-filled donuts, and danishes that can be ordered the day before. Every morning we stopped for breakfast; the young guy at the bar was kind and very friendly, the cappuccinos were excellent, and sometimes he even offered us fresh, locally sourced fruit from the owners' countryside. Delicious!! A bicycle is also available for the entire stay free of charge. Excellent location, very close to the beach with low-traffic roads and about a 10-minute walk from the city center. We will definitely be back We are leaving reluctantly and we will definitely return.

We stayed in one of the apartments at the Riz hotel from June 5 to June 7 with my family. Very nice apartment, new furnishings, spacious with all the amenities, and above all, very clean. Large living room with two comfortable sofas, a TV, and a nice dining table; kitchen with everything needed (including a microwave and dishwasher), bedroom with a double bed, a single bed, and a TV; bathroom with a large shower. Two terraces with chairs and a wall-mounted drying rack. Bed and bath linens included. The common outdoor spaces are lovely. The girls at the reception and the owners are all very kind. Close to the sea and the large free beach of Cervia, reachable on foot in 5 minutes or by using the bikes available at the hotel. There is also a space with inflatables for the little ones. The ideal place for those seeking the freedom of an apartment with services (linens and cleaning) and the tranquility of a hotel. I definitely recommend it.

New apartments furnished with great care! Strategic point 🔝!!! Very polite and helpful reception girls! I really felt at home. More than positive experience, see you in July!!!!!
