Trionfal

everything beautiful, beautiful pool

Bad experience: dilapidated structure, poor cleaning and out-of-market prices Evaluation: 1/5 Stay 10 days to forget at the Hotel Trionfal in Milano Marittima. Despite being a 3-star hotel, the prices charged are in line with those of a 4-star hotel, but the service and conditions of the property are completely unacceptable. The critical points: Rooms and comfort: Very small rooms, dated and with poor general cleanliness. The shower cubicle is skimpy and the pillows are super hard. The most serious note concerns the bed: a spring mattress so worn that the springs come out, making it almost impossible to rest. Swimming pool and common areas: Pool area in poor hygienic conditions. Hair everywhere, green mold along the walls and broken or neglected outdoor furniture. Management and decorum: The concierge staff does what they can with such goodwill, but the management does not even provide them with a uniform or suitable clothing to ensure a minimum of decorum for the reception of guests. It is evident the total lack of investment and improvements by the property, focused only on profit. The only positive note: The restaurant. The stay was "saved" only by the excellent work of the chef and the helpfulness and goodwill of the waiting room and reception staff, to whom goes all my credit for the commitment despite the context. Structure absolutely not recommended. At these prices the offer must be totally different.

Weekend with friends partying at the Papeete which is just a stone's throw away . Experience to be repeated, very cute hotel, everyone very kind. I will definitely return
