We stayed at this beautiful hotel and returned home with our hearts full of joy, especially thanks to the extraordinary energy of the animation team. You were all fantastic, capable of engaging guests with friendliness, cheerfulness, and never a dull moment. I want to give a special thanks to Rayyan: a fantastic guy, very likeable, excellent at his job, and always extremely respectful. He has a contagious energy and drive, just like the rest of the team who work with a smile. The property is splendid and well-maintained, but it is people like this who make the real difference. Gorgeous property, clean and cared for down to the smallest details. A special thanks goes to the entire hotel staff for their professionalism and kindness..We will definitely be back! Very well-deserved 5 stars!

All in all, the hotel is nice, and the services are always available, including the beach. I would improve some services, such as the dining room service. An important mention goes to the super friendly and helpful entertainment staff, such as Ryan, who is the best entertainer.

We stayed at this hotel and we were really very satisfied! The strong point is definitely the staff: everyone always kind, helpful, smiling, and ready to meet every need. The entertainers were very good, engaging, and always present with great professionalism, without ever being intrusive. They made us feel really pampered, and one thing we appreciated a lot was the attention reserved for our daughter. The entertainers and all the staff made her feel special, filling her with attention, smiles, and little cuddles that we really appreciated. As parents, seeing how much love and sweetness they dedicated to her was beautiful. It was a pleasant and relaxing vacation, also thanks to these people who made our stay even more special. Compliments to the whole staff for the kindness, availability, and attention you dedicated to us! ❤️But
