From the photos and over the phone everything seems wonderful, but....... Parking: paid for an uncovered parking space at the same price as the public one on the street, they could at least have made it free....... Facility completely in need of an overhaul, The garden has all the tiles lifted, (you trip easily) in fact my son fell and luckily he didn't get hurt, just scrapes. Services paid for but not used, and we didn't even receive a bit of a discount (pool not working, hot tub not up to code, garden shower not working, entertainment even if it was there seemed like it wasn't, the inflatable always turned off and above all with lounge chairs placed in front of the slides so that the kids could easily crash into them and what's more it was never cleaned). Room cleaning service: let's draw a veil of pity here, to get them to clean the bathroom fixtures we had to put blue liquid soap on them so as to force them to clean, the air conditioner was super clogged, the room and the bathroom had mold. (all provable with photos that I'm not posting only because I'm embarrassed for them) Breakfast: let's say it was supposed to be international but in the end it was always the same Italian-style things and of poor quality, only the croissants were decent. Lunch and dinner: single-flavor menu, to call the quality poor is a compliment, not even a shadow of Romagna-style food was seen, and above all the menu was always very similar because in a week I practically ate béchamel and cream for 6 days. Beach: luckily the beach club was under separate management, and that was saved. The only positive thing about the whole vacation was having met two families with whom a nice relationship was created. The maids and the two reception girls were kind. With this location, one could offer a star-rated service, but unfortunately, if you are not in the industry, you only risk doing damage. The thing that left me shocked was that they wanted the entire stay paid for immediately, even though it says everywhere that you have to pay within two days of arriving at the property.

Booked a week as a family with all-inclusive treatment, at the second dinner, during which we practically fasted, we asked to switch to the B&B formula. Appetizer buffet of poor quality and poorly stocked (if you arrived shortly after the start time of lunch or dinner it was already empty), Overcooked pasta, inedible main courses (the first night I only ate the potatoes as a side dish), at lunch at the end of the meal they gave fruit, at dinner only dessert (indescribable), the second night a margherita pizza was served that wasn't even worthy of the worst discount store. Breakfast passable, good croissants, but bland pastries, the cold cuts in the savory section looked like pre-packaged ones. Rooms clean, but some are really small (we compared notes with other guests), all without a balcony, in the floor hallways small drying racks were scattered, one per room, provided by the facility. The only positive notes were the courtesy of the staff, who, probably aware of the situation, did their best, the location of the hotel, which overlooks the beach, and the beach service included in the price, which, fortunately, was external to the facility.

Good cleanliness of the rooms, but the bathrooms need to be reviewed because to use the toilet you have to wedge yourself in with the sink. The food was terrible and of poor quality The cook wasn't even able to cook plain pasta, and a solid block arrived at the table. Besides this, you can really see a poor quality of food. One evening we were served a fillet, I think pangasius, that smelled terrible. The buffet was often empty and poorly stocked. Here too, the quality left something to be desired (mostly raw vegetables and a nauseating smell of pickles). Luckily, on the second day we managed to change the package to bed and breakfast.
