Charming hotel that needs some modernization. Splendid breakfast on the terrace. negative note: little attention towards customers.

We've been staying at The Grand every year for the last 20, on their Nove Colli (huge bike sportive) package. Most of us travel extensively on business, stay in 5* hotels and declare this one our favourite. It's not the glitziest, but the service is charming and the food stunning, plus it's very good value. Great pool, large beach area and excellent beach bar.
