Rooms with old furniture. Dirty walls, e.g., there were already, as we entered, two spots on the walls with mosquitoes dried/crushed against the wall and dirt stains on the walls, and they remained there for our entire stay; THEN (let's call it) cleaning every other day, they didn't clean the walls, the sheets, or the pillowcases, they don't replace anything, they are always the same, I paid €10 each for the so-called breakfast, it looked like a soup kitchen, and put out two fruit juices and a few small bottles of water, and so on and so forth.

The property presents unrealistic photos, especially regarding the rooms. Unfortunately, during our stay we encountered numerous problems, including those related to the shower, cleanliness, and the functioning of the air conditioner. From the photos on the site, the bathrooms appear modern and recently renovated; in reality, however, we were faced with a completely different shower. As shown in the photos I am attaching, there was a curtain that, first of all, did not perform its function adequately: during the shower, the bathroom flooded completely. The situation was particularly problematic considering that the hair dryer was also in the same bathroom, which is why I was forced to use all the available towels to try to dry the water and limit the damage. Furthermore, the shower curtain had a bad smell and the shower head was completely covered in limescale. The walls of the room also had obvious stains and signs of dirt. Another problem concerned the air conditioner, which took about 25 minutes to turn on, even though the card was inserted correctly and the windows were closed. Last but not least, we encountered a problem with the room's interior door: it only closed properly by turning the lock. In fact, when simply trying to close it, it reopened twice, with the real risk that anyone could enter the room without us noticing. Overall, I believe that the photos on the website are very unrepresentative of the reality of the property and, above all, of the rooms. My experience was therefore decidedly negative. I reported all these problems to the hotel reception and was told that it was not the first time they had received reports of this type.

I booked a room for my son. We had a personal health emergency, and they were incredibly accommodating in every way. Hotel in an excellent location, spacious and clean rooms. Extremely kind staff. Highly recommended establishment
