The property, wonderful location some 5km from Faenza, the villa nestled between vines, apricots, plums and other fruit trees. Wonderful panoramic views. More than a BnB as lunch and dinner also available. Mine host Gabriele attends to your every need and ably assisted by Valeria. Not only do the rooms have superb views but also the large swimming pool and surrounding lounging areas. Each morning Gabriele leads you out on a cycle tour, so many interesting villages to see such as Brisighella, Modigliana, Imola, Torre di Oriolo. During my week temperatures 35 degree so we would commence at 08.00 and ride for some 4+ hours, 50/70km and return for lunch and a lounge around the pool. Maybe Gabriele will even lend you his Pug 308 to go back and visit one of the fantastic villages you have visited that morning. Tours can be planned for the social biker but if you want ascents of 600 metres or so, no problems. A wonderful way to spend a cycling week, thank you Gabriele

Stayed here in September 2017; weather is warm with a few showers in mid September but we had a great time. Gabrielle is a great host and guide. Great cycling routes nearby. Took a day off and train to bologna; lovely historic town with plenty to see and do. We didn't hire a car but we did a lot of cycling. If you are not cycling or trekking a car might be a necessity . Make sure you visit nearby vineyards

Had an amazing time with 10 members of our family at this beautiful villa in a stunning location in Italy. The views from the terrace are the perfect way to start the day with a coffee. Spent a few days relaxing by the pool on very comfortable sun loungers. The bedrooms are large and comfortable all with own bathrooms. Didn't have breakfast made for us as we filled the whole villa we opted to self cater. The young couple who manage the villa were very friendly and extremely helpful. Recommend some local restaurants which we enjoyed. They were always available and responded immediately when we had a problem with one of the AC units. We visited Venice, Dozza and San Marino while we were there. The surrounding countryside is beautiful, I would highly recommend this lovely B&B.
