Very poor. Our room smelled of smoke, had a dead pigeon outside the window, was tatty, dirty and had loose electrical wires above the sink. They didn't to listen to our complaints or offer any...

Negative points: 1- there is no elevator so if your room is on the second floor you'll have to carry your luggage up the stairs. 2- the showering box is very very small. 3- the shower is IMPOSSIBLE...
