For decades now, I have frequently visited hotels in Italy and abroad for leisure and business activities. The Grand Hotel Castrocaro is unique in its structure, furnishings, and maintenance. Organizing an event for almost 100 people requires professionalism, attention, and a great ability to manage every detail. At the Grand Hotel Castrocaro, I found all of this and much more. I would like to extend a special thank you to Soukaina who, after Director Matteo, gracefully and professionally took on the responsibility of a project we had built together in the previous months. It was not an easy task, yet she managed to coordinate every one of my requests with a truly rare availability and dedication. Soukaina possesses a special charisma: always smiling, sweet in her manner, caring, and attentive to every need. She demonstrated infinite patience in managing the organization of a large group like ours, making us feel constantly accompanied and supported. The facility is splendid, the staff is professional, the environments are well-maintained, and the atmosphere is unique. But it is the people who truly make the difference, and Soukaina is the most beautiful example of this. A weekend in May, the occasion for a workday with an overnight stay, to which I added one to spend the entire weekend. The hotel turned out to be a true paradise; I booked a deluxe room with a view of the hills and a beautiful south-facing terrace. The indoor and outdoor spaces are large, like those that are no longer found; the impeccable cleanliness makes the furnishings and marbles shine. Surprising is the contrast between 1930s architecture and completely renovated modern environments, where one enjoys maximum comfort but feels as if they are outside of time. They introduced us to the Long Life programs; I will return to leave the city behind and give my body and spirit a unique experience. We had dinner one evening at the hotel, in one of the two restaurants, with excellent food quality. Finally, for me, always very important, the professionalism but above all the discreet warmth of the staff. Thanks to Soukaina and Simone, who were available for any needs and advice, they made this experience simply perfect.
