Small hotel near the Policlinico of Modena, well connected to the road network leading to the provincial towns and the highway. The rooms are spacious enough, although the furnishings and fixtures are dated, the cleanliness was adequate. Wide selection for sweet breakfast, the savory part could be improved. I recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay in a quiet area without too many pretensions. We will keep it in mind for our next trip to Modena.

We stayed two nights in this facility, which has ample and convenient parking; it is located near the Modena hospital and can reach the city center in a few minutes. We were disappointed with the room, which was not the one shown in the booking photos. The room assigned to us was very dated with a narrow bathroom, but it had a comfortable mattress. Regarding breakfast, aside from the hot drinks served by the staff, the rest was perhaps only sufficient in terms of pastries, but the savory options were absolutely insufficient. To conclude, the thing that disappointed me the most was not having the room that was indicated to me at the time of booking.
