Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent rooms. Neat and clean. Pool was empty and that was a downer.

The structure is very dated and not cared for. I stayed in the annex, my room smelled of smoke, I opened the bathroom window and various insects entered (others told me that in the windows there was a sticker that urged not to open them just for insects), the light switch in the bathroom was broken and therefore insecure, breakfast is saved, because good and varied.

Ageing hotel in spacious surroundings with old trees, outdoor pool, gym and sauna, which I did not use. Proximity to Maranello / Ferrari unmistakable. Room large, beds with slack mattresses. Bathroom very refurbished but with soaps, ...etc. very well stocked. Very friendly porter. Breakfast > rich selection, nice service. The price of 182,00 Euro per night for 2 P. is very high.
